I don't even know why but everything I put on my desktop saves to my ssd (I have Windows on my SSD) can I switch it so everything I put on my desktop goes to my HDD instead?
Thanks! How do I "Redirect your browser Downloads to the HDD."
In your browser settings.
oops copied the wrong thing, I meant how do you "Redirect your default locations in "Libraries" to your HDD."
The info is in those 2 tutorials. Be sure you use the right one for your OS. It is different between Win 8 and 8.1.
Wow, thanks. I really hope this works. I did what you said but now will everything on my desktop and stuff save to my HDD? I saved a lot of stuff like iTunes on my SSD on accident already, will the new stuff save on the HDD or can I move it to my HDD?

The Desktop is just another folder that lives in your /User/ folder tree, on the C drive (the SSD).
Don't save stuff directly to the Desktop. Save them elsewhere.

oh ok, can I move my iTunes to my HDD because I can't backup my phone because there's not enough room on my SSD?

No reason why not. I don't use iTunes so I don't know the exact procedure, but I can't imagine it would be any more difficult than any other application.
