Had got a new PC (2nd hand) about 2 weeks ago and has crashed literally every 30 minutes or so. Sometimes it works for hours with no problems but yesterday and today I can't use it for any longer than 5 mintues without a crash. I've only had one crash in Safe mode in 2 weeks.
Have ran memtest86 for 12 hours with no errors (although one dimm slot on the board doesn't work). Have tried a different graphics card but still same issues only worse. Tried different hardrive with a new install of windows still same persistent crashes and comes up with a 0x80070570 while trying to install..
Have ran Furmark on the GPU but no issues, have also ran Prime 95 on the CPU which passed the test.
the consistent BSOD i'm getting is clock interupt on secondary processor, have also had machine_check_exception and a driver tried to corrupt stack.
Bue screen view shows these files:

I really need help on this and am grateful for any assistance you guys can give... thanks for any help :)
I have loads of dmpfiles here that make no sense to me would attach but no option.

system:
HP Elite 360uk
MSI 2A9C
1tb seagate
GT 210
i7-860
6gb ram (3x2gb DDR3 10600)
win 7 home premium.

The 116 stop error is a videocard hardware stop error. Which can mean its overheating, faulty or maybe overclocked

The 101 error is a CPU related stop error. It looks like this can happen if the BIOS has a bug. Is the BIOS up to date? This can also mean a faulty CPU

The c4 stop error looks like its driver verifier related. Did you run this? If its still enabled you need to disable it

I did have driver verifier on at some point which is now disabled. the bios is AMIBIOS 6.21 which is the last and latest for the MSI 2A9C as far as I can tell from looking around the internet. MSI certainly have no updates that I can discern. I have tested a different GPU and had the same issues only worse... where the screen completly blinks off and the PC restarts.
There is a dimm slot not working on the board itself (dimm 3). So I don't know if it's the board/CPU/memory or PSU which is a HP460w

Yeah that's the one although the board in the machine is different than on that link.. and I do have the 6.12 bios installed.

Upload the dmp files somewhere like onedrive. Then post the link. I'll see what else is installed

That 0x80070570 error means something is corrupt . This error may also mean there's some faulty ram installed

Some people have fixed this error by removing some ram when they install windows

I'm not sure if i'm typing this right but it's says Warning - ignoring unexpected parameter

I typed ''verifier query'' then I tried ''verifier query nvlddmkm.sys 0xc4''

neither came up with anything more than warning

Oops try verifier /query

What's installed by Avermedia?

AVer888RC_64.sys and AVer888RCIR_64.sys belong to it. Their drivers are old / from 2009.

And what does GPU-Z.sys belong to?? Something belonging to techpowerup?? The drivers for this are old too from 2009

Uninstall this its old OpenHardwareMonitor.sys its drivers are from 2008

Uninstall speedfan for now

Avermedia is the tv tuner card that came with it... I removed the ard itself last night when I was switching GPUs. These have to be hard erased from the system as it's not installed per se. GPU-Z is just a tech info readout on the graphics card from the same people as CPU-Z
the query on verifier said no drivers verified.

I couldn't delete those files from the file repository folder even after changing permissions. Still getting crashes. Do you think it's memory/psu/CPU? Getting a super flower hx650 on Monday hoping that solves it.

What's the chances this is psu related? Aver drivers now uninstalled and still crashing/hanging up. And if there is a cpu issue prime95 would have failed at some point?

Would a faulty psu cause CPU issues and graphic issues? As I have reinstalled just over a week ago. Or even memory issues as I was getting the 0x80070570 issue while installing a download ISO from MS. I have a cd that came with and that installed ok

So I'm running a new PSU SuperFlower HX650w and I'm still crashing where the screen freezes and all the colours drain out to what looks like 8bit colour scheme. So the only things not swapped out/tested physically at this point are the CPU/board/memory.
