Caps lock probLEM

HI GUYS, I HAVE WIERD PROBlem with caps lock. when I TYPE LETTER N or b CAPS LOCK IS Getting on ANd off anD ON caps lock bUTTON press nOTHINg is happening. I am nOT ABle to use the system properly, PLEASE HELP.
EVEN f12 bUTTON press also making CAPS lock on ANd off.

you can SEE THE Above TEXT ANd understand how it is bEHAVINg.

Probably this is due to liquid, food or other debris finding it's way down in between the keys but it may be the result of age and the keyboard could just be failing. It's not likely to be a setting or anything related to the operating system. You can try blowing the crap out from between the keys using compressed air. If that does not work you may need to replace the keyboard portion of the unit and you can usually find a tutorial on doing so if you google keyboard replacement for your model of laptop.
