whats better H97M LGA 1150 vs Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3P

why does the first one have hdmi on the board and all

will I be able to put these on:
ram: 4gbx2
storage: 1tb
cpu: AMD FX-6300
GFX: geeforce 750 ti
power: 500w
case: rosewill galaxy-03

The first is an Intel motherboard, and thus not compatible with the FX-6300. As for which is better, I would probably say the H97 board will be, but that would also require a Haswell processor to go with it.
