Airflow and Static Pressure Fans for PC

I've finished picking out stuff to buy for my computer within the next couple of days and I'm wondering if I've chosen the right type of fans to go with my PC. Also, I'm not sure whether five fans are overkill or not, as I want to have it as quiet as possible and stuff. I intend to buy from Australian stores - in this case I picked out everything from PCCaseGear but I might choose a different one if it's cheaper elsewhere...

This is how my PC looks (I intend to place 3 airflow fans: 1 on the top left and two at the top; and 2 static pressure fans on the side where the storage drive cages go):

Okay fair enough..
Is there a particular reason as to not have a bottom fan? I was thinking because you'll have a fan spare if you buy 2 then put it to good use.
Plus there is a dust filter that covers the psu intake and that fan. It will also allow any air that has passed by the hdd bay from the intaked from the bottom front fan to be lifted to the middle area of the case, providing a bit more cooling.

Just buy 2 corsair air series fans 140mm in the colour of your choice:

Put them both at front of the case as intakes and you'll be fine.
As for exhaust, leave the 2 fractal fans as they are. They do a good job of exhausting.

I have the same case, this is what I have in mine..
Don't buy the fans you're suggesting as you'll be wasting alot of money, do this instead.

INTAKE:
Buy x2 of these: http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=19106&cPath=598
Use them on the front of the case as INTAKE

Move the Fractal fan that comes with the case at the front to the bottom of the case as intake, it will also help cool the GPU a bit too

EXHAUST:
Keep the 2 fractal fans for exhaust as they are, they're good fans in general and provide good cooling.

Depending on your mobo, I disconnected my fans from the controller and hooked them up to the mobo and that controls the speed.
And for each fan that isn't PWM, it runs at max speed but all those fans are quiet too at max speed.

This way you'll have 3 intake & 2 exhaust for positive pressure.

I specifically want those Corsair fans (aesthetics), and there doesn't seem to be other ones that IMO look just as good, if not better, than them. Regarding this, what would be the best way to position them? (oh and I don't want to place a fan right beside the PSU).
