i have seen on Geforce website, it needs 400w supply.I'm using Cooler master 310 cabinte comes with 420w PSU of Thermal master.
i calculated the total consumption of my pc is 172W only by using POWER Monitor tool.
PC config is (i3 3220, asus h61 mk mobo, dvd/w and 500HDD. thats all).

Should i buy another PSU with more W or be fine with the current 420W psu????

A good quality 420w PSU will be enough but I wouldn't trust a Thermal Master one, it probably doesn't even provide anything like 420w:

Seasonic, Corsair or Antec are the ones we recommend, quality-made and you get exactly what it says on the rating plate.

It's worth remembering that if a flakey PSU fails it can destroy your shiny new GPU as well, so buying a reliable PSU is money well spent.
