I currently have a Haf 920. Its quiet (the fans on it are approx 19dba, CPU cooler and PSU are < 19 dba) and with good airflow.
But there's no dust filter making it high maintenance.

Any suggestions for the next tower case (also looking for a quieter R9 290, I'm not happy with the noise this one is making)?

I dont care what the case looks like, cable management easy to open and close would be good ;)

Well, for about a $130 you could get a Corsair Carbide 550D, beautiful case, silence optimized and plenty of cable routing options, the Phanteks Enthoo Primo is also a compelling option, and well there's always the staple Define R4 or the NZXT H440. As for a silent 290, the Sapphire Vapor X line is pretty good, though the coolers are quite long.
