When booting, the "welcome" screen takes much longer than usual (30-45 seconds) then after that I'm getting a 30 second black screen before being able to access my desktop. Using a freshly made user profile solves this issue, so it's not a hardware problem. Does anyone have a solution?

Solution
your user.dat is corrupted, move your files to the new user account. Remove the corrupted profile (Or you can attempt a system restore) your call. GL mate

There's no way to fix it without having to make a new profile? I can't repair the corrupted file or something?

Im sure you can but that dat file is linked to the registry and all of its substrings are tied to it. It would take me a week. creating a new profile would be the fastest way. A simple system restore would do all this for you and would take less time than moving files. I just don't trust corrupted profiles once they go bad. issues can arise in simple tasks weeks later that you didn't catch early on.
