Hello. I hope you can help me solve my issue I am having with my newly built gaming pc. I have had 0 problems with it until I have tried to play a couple games and for some reason a certain site on google chrome.

My computer will reboot itself when I try to start a new game in Civ:Beyond Earth and during a training portion in Isurgency. Also a website on google chrome will signal a reboot. Sometimes it seems if I have too many things being downloaded in my web browser it also reboots. I have played many other games such as League of Legends, Fallout New Vegas, Skyrim, and Divinity: Original Sin without any problems.

If I don't go into fullscreen mode with Civ I can actually play a little bit of the game without it rebooting.

I have tested my power supply and nothing seems strange. Also, I reconnected everything back into the power supply and MoBo. What Could be causing these reboots? Is it the resolution? The graphics card? I have no idea how to go about solving this.

Hopefully someone can guide me into troubleshooting this problem...

Solution
First thing i would say would be RAM if a computer doesnt have enough ram sometimes it will reboot or turn off check your ram usage when playing games next i would say is it could be heat many times if your computer is running everything it has in order to play a game that is newer such as civ beyond earth without the proper cooling the gpu or cpu can get to hot and for a reboot to avoid damage
