Hello there everybody!

I'm planning to get my first high investment computer ever.
I'd like to try planning to build one because everybody says it's much better than buying a prebuilt PC and in all honesty I can kinda see the reason but at the same time I know next to nothing about how to do it and I have nobody around me that could help me out.

I'd like to build something that is either equal or superior to Alienware Aurora since if this attempt were to fail I would buy one of those.

I have read through the "How to Ask for New Build or Upgrade Advice" sticky, so I will try to make it as clear as possible but as I said I know next to nothing about the inside of a computer so it's not gonna be perfect.

Approximate Purchase Date: About a month.

Budget Range: £1300 - £1500

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming > Video Recording/Editing (Games) > Watching anime/movies > Surfing the web

Are you buying a monitor: Yes.

Do you need to buy OS: No.

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: I don't uderstand it enough to browse websites like these. I leave it to you.

Location: England, London, Middlesex

Parts Preferences: I just want the best possible parts.

Overclocking: Maybe

SLI or Crossfire: I haven't got the slightest clue what these are so I don't know.

Your Monitor Resolution: I'm really not sure what would I want to get. Depends on the budget.

Additional Comments: I play pretty much any new game that catches my eyes. I'm a beginner at Adobe Premiere Elements 12 and Fraps. I can't think of anything major to mention at the moment.

Thank you very much, whoever sacraficed his/her time to read my post and god bless you if you decide to invest some time to help my dumb self out!
