Is this PC setup able to run upcoming games?

Hey guys, I'm getting ready to build this PC but I want to make sure it will run upcoming games such as GTA V, Assassin's Creed Unity, Call of Duty Advanced Warfare, and Battlefield Hardline with high FPS? Here are my specs.

CPU- Intel Core i5-4690K Processor 3.5 GHz
CPU Cooler- Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO
GPU- EVGA GeForce GTX 760 SC 4GB
Motherboard- ASUS M5A99FX PRO
Ram- 8 GB Kit (2x4 GB)
Storage- 2 TB Hybrid Drive
Operating System- Windows 8.1

Unity says that it wants an I7 processor and GTX780 for minimum specs. I think that's a bunch of crap and you should be fine.

Yes ofcourse.
But how high settings may be the question, you could upgrade your GPU to SLI (2x 760 GTX) then you would be able to run everything at high

You would get more fps by dropping down on the CPU and upgrading the gpu

I would agree on this. Pick a FX-6300, and get a GTX 970 instead. If it's too expensive, get an AMD R9 290 instead, should be affordable without the intel and with an FX-6300.
