ALl I really know about it is the Pci

1 x PCI Express x16 (2.0)
2 x PCI Express x1 (2.0)
1 x PCI v2.3

I want a graphics card that can run games like skyrim on max settings. Thanks for you help!

You would be very limited to what you can install because of the power supply and the ventilation in the case along with the clearance.
At the best your would be looking at a 750ti that would get you decent mid settings.

Your processor is going to limit you in most of the newer games but you can put any PCI-E card in their depending on if it will fit in the case and your power supply can power everything.
For the card I would suggest I would need to know what PC case you have, power supply, monitor resolution, and your budget of course.
