I just want to say thank you in advance for any answers I might receive. I have two questions, one question for each of my builds that I already bought but have not been delivered yet.
These two computers are low budget gaming computers for games such as Counter Strike, Soldier Front, Guild Wars 2, DayZ, and other modern games on low-mid settings. They are both based off a low budget $400 gaming pc build on youtube; however, they are modified.

Build 1 (cheaper of the two, bought for $403) http://pcpartpicker.com/user/nickae3/saved/3vsMnQ
Question: Will this computer be fine with the 430W PSU, or should I upgrade to a 500W? If I do need more wattage, is it necessary immediately or could I wait a few months?

Build 2 (More expensive, bought for $500 exactly)

Question: Will the GPU bottleneck because of the mid-performance CPU?

Any additional critique would be greatly appreciated :D These are my first gaming pc's and I am fully aware that I am a noob and could have easily overlooked something, even though i've done hours of research on these. Thanks for reading.

Solution
For the first build a 430W PSU should do you just fine. The 260x isn't a very power hungry card. You will want to upgrade to a 500 watt if you want to upgrade components further down the line, like adding a new GFX card. As for the second build, that CPU and GPU are a perfect combination, you shouldn't be seeing any bottlenecking whatsoever. And for your first budget build, you made some pretty good choices, though I will always recommend WD Blue drives for these, they have longer. Feel free to enjoy your systems without worries mate.

Thank you for the quick response :) I have to admit I was pretty nervous that I made some terrible decisions. If I have any problems with the HDD's down the road I will look at what you suggested, thank you.
