Monitor not recieving signal from newly built computer Help!

I just finished building my cpu and when i connect it to my moniter the moniter doesnt recieve a signal from vgi or dvi signal. I tried both cords and still no luck.

yes try everything. it all else fails RMA your mobo and/or GPU.
