I have a
SeaSonic M12II 750

It was the loudest component in my PC, so I changed its stock fan to a
Noctua NF-F12

using this guide

where the user had replaced the loud fan to a Noctua NF-F12 just like me.
The power supply's fan had a 2 pin connector, so I soldered ground to ground and power to power and left the pwm and rpm sensor cables tucked to the side
My problem: My power supply is not broken (because my PC powers on), but my fan stutters for a split second and then does not spin at all, which scares the crap out of me. I read more into the issue, where people say that it is normal because the temperatures aren't high enough for the fan to start spinning up, but usually that means a fan will spin about 3-4 seconds before it stops. Mine has a short stutter ( as if it is correctly receiving power ) but I'm scared to leave the computer turned on too long to find out if it will start spinning again. Is there any advice you guys can give?
Could it be that I am turning the pc on as it it as on its side? Because I had problems in the past with computers not opening dvd drives when it is on its side(just a thought)
