I'm planning to build a new PC, I've decided everything else (i5 4690, GTX 760, Corsair Vengeance 2x4GB, Corsair CX600W while keeping my old Thermaltake case and HDD) other than the motherboard. Currently I'm deciding between the B85 Killer and the H87 Pro4. They're both cheap boards, basically because I'm on a kinda short budget - 600€/750$/475£. Also, I don't plan on overclocking anything.

Thanks

If you just happen to have the power supply then okay but if your buying a new one this is better and a bit cheaper.

Asus H87 Pro, Asrock H87 Pro4 vs B85 Killer?

I would pick the Asus H87 for the overall quality for the brand itself. Asrock isn't bad but im not a big fan of their bios and the occasionally ACPI issues. Asus just seems to have a better handle on things. If quality isn't such a issue the B85 Killer has more options over both H87 boards.

If those are your only options, I would recommend going with the B85 killer, it has a higher feature set. But if you could shoot for something else for a similar price, I'd recommend from as rock their Z97M Pro4 for $90 or the Z97 Matte from MSI for the same price. Those boards have a better chipset for over clocking if you ever do choose to do so, at a competitive price.
