I'm choosing from flipkart. You can compare the prices of these components from various websites with the help of Google chrome extension: "Compare Hatke".

Processor: Intel 3.1 GHz LGA 1150 i5 4440 4th Generation Processor Rs.12075
Motherboard: ASUS H97-PLUS Motherboard Rs.8840
RAM: G.Skill RipjawsX DDR3 8 GB (2 x 4 GB) PC RAM (F3-12800CL9D-8GBXL) Rs.6899
Graphics Card: Sapphire AMD/ATI Dual-x R9 280X Radeon 3 GB DDR5 Graphics Card Rs.22949
Power Supply: Seasonic S12II 620 Watts PSU Rs.6050
Int. HDD: WD Caviar Green 1 TB Desktop Internal Hard Drive (WD10EZRX) Rs. 3774
Cabinet: Cooler Master K281 Mid Tower Cabine Rs.3899
Int. Optical Drive: Asus DRW-24D3ST DVD Burner Internal Optical Drive Rs.999
Monitor: Dell S2240L 21.5 inch 1080p LED Backlit LCD Monitor Rs.8788
Keyboard: Dell KB212 Wired USB Keyboard Rs.400
Mouse: HP KY619 3 Button USB 2.0 Optical Mouse Rs. 325

Total: Rs. 74,998/- (I can't find any UPS products in flipkart, try to get the prices of UPS in your area's retail shops.)

Note:
1) I chose H97 mobo, because the H97 and Z97 chipsets are the only available chipsets in motherboards to support 5th gen Intel processors. So, you can upgrade for a better 5th gen powerful CPU in future.
2) 2 x 4 GB RAM sticks (Dual -Channel) work 10-15% faster than the 1 x 8 GB RAM sticks (Single Channel). You can get the same RAM model I suggested above for Rs.6000 (and save Rs. 900) which is a Single 8 GB Stick.
3) I chose R9 280x over the GTX 770 because the difference is very very small (about 3-5 % only). But the price is roughly around Rs.4000 higher for the lowest priced GTX 770 in flipkart. Overclocking the R9 280x further can help you zero this performance difference.
4) I chose 620 W power supply because the recommended PSU wattage is 600 W for the system containing R9 280x and the extra 20 is for GPU overclocking in future.
5) You can always omit the Blu-Ray/DVD Burner while building a PC as they're cheaper and can be installed anytime with very much ease.
6) I chose that Dell keyboard and HP mouse from my personal experience because they're strong quality products. However they're not "Gaming" category products.
7) The price difference between 1 TB HDD and 500 GB HDD ios Rs. 300-400 only. You're getting double the storage space for tiny increase in money. So, I chose 1 TB HDD.
Overall, check these components with retail shops near you and see whether you get money saved.

TIP: Going with single 8 GB stick, omitting the DVD burner for now saves you 1900Rs. After knowing the UPS price in any retail store in your area, the final build will be complete.

It leaves enough head for future expansion, and even overclocking.

Thanks for the reply guys really appreciate it

- I checked that 970 is better than r9 280x so would try to squeeze the budget elsewhere so i can afford it.
- I don't know if a UPS is required since power cuts are infrequent twice a month??
- Confused about MBoard as i wont overclock CPU and the H97 one's don't have SLI if i may want it for the future and the Z97 one's that have it are beyond my budget so should i go for mATX to save money?? (only concern is heard that they overheat and tough to install in case). dont plan to upgrade processor before 4 years.
- The only sub Rs 10000 Z97 board i found was ASROCK Z97 EXTREME 3 available for Rs 9500 locally at nehru place cost 2 cost shop, but heard asrock isn't good??
- is there substantial difference in the various i5's or can i go for the least expensive one?

Yes 970 is much better than the r9 280x but its not widely available in Indian local stores the ones you find are mostly from zotac and the lowest price for that is 28000/- if you can afford it can find one then you should always go for it.

Yes Ups is sometimes required for sudden power cuts a good UPS is going to cost you around 2500/-

If you are planning for SLI then you should go for a z97 board they are costly but many them support SLI asrok is not as good as asus and gigabyte but its decent.

The difference between various I5 is marginal unless you have an i5 oc version and OC it .

If you have some other queries then do ask we would answer them gladly.

reckless, a couple of things

1. you mentioned 1080p (1920x1080) in your reqiurements. you dont need 280x or 970 for that resolution; u need these only for 2k and above or multi monitor setup;

2. you already clicked best solution, now why would you continue with your questions about overclocking and sli after you did that; it looks to me like you still have important questions to be answered, but who is going to look at your thread once it shows as green on the forum;

- i thought the GTX 970 i smost powerfull so i should go with it if in my budget

- oops i dint know no one will look at the thread if i click at a solution (first time poster), i chose it because of Geforce 970, but still haven't decided completely, do i have to make a new thread or can i continue in this??

Its okk you are new to this forum you can ask whatever you want in this thread or in a new on as you wish.
The budget you have given will exceed i you go for the gtx 970 by 5-6k and will be around 80k.

Hi all,
searched a bit and found GTX 970 is much better than R9 280x so decided to increase my budget a little (around 5K)

based on replies from all of you im considering 2 type of configs (one with the ASrock Mobo if its good since it was only one cheap enough to have an SLI, but i couldn't find any review for it, and second with a cheaper Motherboard.)

1st Config : (Sli Mobo)
Asrock Z97 extreme 3 - 10K
Zotac GTX 970 - 27.5K (if i manage to find it)
Intel I5 4440/4460 - 12-13K
Seasonic S12ii - 6.5k
DVD RW - 1K
monitor - dell/aoc - 9K
HDD - 1TB - 3.8K
Ram - 1X8 GB - 6k
Case - ??
KB + Mouse - any cheap ones

2nd Config :
Asus Strix GTX 970/Zotac AMP omega - 30.5K
Intel i5 4460/4690 - 12.5-15.5k
Corsair RM650 650 Watts PSU - 7.8K/ seasonic modular 620W - 6.8k
2X4 Gb ram - 6.8k
dell/apc monitor - 9k
hdd - 1tb - 3.8k
dvd rw - 1k
case & mobo - ???

- going with the cheap i5/same PSU as 1st config saves me around 9-11k is this enough to get a roomy easy to install case for novice builder and good small Motherboard?

- the AMP omega GTX 970 requires 8 pin connectors but seasonic one has one 6 pin and one 8 pin so how will it connect?

- plz suggest any changes/loopholes in the config and which one would be better

- ignoring UPS for now will add later

Thanks

Don't go for a single 8 gb stick get the 2x4 gb stick in a pair dual channel is at least 20% faster .
For case you can go for either the one i have suggested or nzxt phantom 410 they are similar in price around 6k.
The cards package contains 2 x Dual 4-pin-to-8-pin PCIe adapter so no worries.

Require to buy components for my build, looking at http://www.primeabgb.com/, seems good place to buy. Any one have experience buying from them ? Just concerned about the loss of warranty on the projects if we buy online, any one aware of this, please let me know ?

dont have any experience with it but heard some good reviews about it along with mdcomputers and itdepot . Check if the product manufacturer has decent after sales services and service centre in your city regardless from where you buy
