As the title suggests, I'm searching for the best all-in-one CPU Liquid cooler. Any suggestions would help, I would prefer 280mm coolers but a comparable 240mm cooler would also be fine. If possible, the cooler should not cost more than $150. Also, if you could recommend a thermal paste that would be greatly appreciated.
