Okay, so I recently put my computer back together and am having some problems, could REALLY use some help....

CPU: AMD fx 6300
Mobo: Asus m5a99x
RAM: 2X4GB of Crucial Ballistix
I recently replaced my heatsink from the stock to a Coolermaster Hyper 212 Evo and when I look at my CPU temps in my BIOS it is reading 32 degrees Celsius idle, shouldn't it be lower than that with an upgraded heatsink? Also, I cannot get my computer to recognize both sticks of RAM all of a sudden. I have tried reseating them several times and tried both memory channels but cannot have them both recognized at the same time....

Solution
Firstly, your COOLERMASTER Hyper 212 Evo (Notice the caps :p) is giving you good temps, 32 is a good Idle temp for most CPU's.
When you say not 'recognize' do you mean don't appear in bios/software. In which case ensure both clips/tabs are firmly upright so secure the sticks and try with just one or the other in (not both) to see which might be the faulty stick. If the system doesn't boot with one of the sticks you know that is the broken one.

Oops.....I have been working on this thing all day and at the same time, have been trying to contact Corsair in regards to a faulty fan...... :) I didn't know what you meant at first, better change that or I'll look like a newb.... :)

I reseated again and FINALLY got them both recognized! On my mobo (and maybe on most for all I know) there are only clips on one side and I guess I wasn't applying even enough pressure and one side wasn't fully clicking in.

I reseated the RAM and finally got it to read both sticks. Do you know what sort of temps I should expect while stress testing using something like Prime 95, to ensure that my install was adequate?

For the CPU it can range between 50-70 Celsius. Usually anything below 80 Celsius when at 100% usage (stress testing) is fine.
