r7 260x OC 2gb vs r7 260x v2 OC 2gb difference between version 2?

I'm seeing sapphire r7 260x OC 2gb and a power color r7 260x v2 OC 2gb
what does v2 means? I'm assuming its version 2? is there any performance difference?

There will be very little performance difference between them as they are based off the same GPU, the only difference that is likely to be noticed is perhaps temperature and noise, but it should be fairly insignificant.

The v2 you are seeing with the power color card is just saying that it has the second version of their custom cooler on the graphics card
