150degC is impossible.
As said it would shut down before that number as it has thermal protection circuits to first THROTTLE the performance and if that doesn't work which is rare to just turn off the system before damage occurs.
It's likely the SOFTWARE is reporting incorrectly. Try the program CORE TEMP:

Your FAN CONTROL is based off the temp so go into the fan control section to see if the temp is correct there otherwise your fans will spin at 100% speed and you may need to contact Asus.
Your BIOS should also show these temperatures. If so, then this isn't going through Windows but is direct from the CPU or motherboard sensors which should be most accurate (note: some "CPU" sensors are next to it on the motherboard and some are on the CPU itself).
If your BIOS numbers seem accurate it's a software issue. If not, it's related to the CPU or Motherboard.
