graphics card fans spinning-No display...

I had some issues with trying out another psu and gaphics card and now im trying to get the original card and psu back in. Now i cant get display from the motherboard or the graphics card. The card fans soin though. I tried taking out he cmos battery thhing for a few seconds and that didnt work. Any help?
 
Solution
1) Try a different monitor.

2) Try same monitor with different PC.

3) Make sure MONITOR has the proper input selected.

4) Try different output if possible (VGA, DVI)
etc.

5) check all power connections

6) Swap PSU to other one.

7) Swap graphics cards.

If none of this is working I'd suspect some issue with the main motherboard, especially if you're certain the monitor is working, the graphics card is out, and connecting the monitor to the motherboard (assuming you have iGPU) doesn't work.
