I need help backing up my PC!!!

So, im going to reset my PC, and i have eveything backed up on my flash drive, except the big files. i want to format every HDD and SSD except a few, and also want to format one HDD without deleting like 2 or 3 folders.

Whats the best way of doing all this!?

Lets say you have 3 drives, A, B, C.

Install the OS with only drive A connected.
Once everything is good, connect B & C.
Copy whatever you want to keep from B, to free space on C.
Wipe and format B
Copy whatever is on C (incl the stuff from B) over to B.
Wipe and format C.

Now use B & C how you wish.
