need help on deciding parts of a gaming pc

hi, this pc is my first build and i want to make sure that these parts are good. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/N4ZpVn I want to play new nfs , assassin creed and gta. Also light internet browsing and movie downloading and watching. If i have to make any changes my budget is 3000 dollars. I am not planning on changing the case, monitor, keyboard, mouse and headset. I dont want liquid cooling and i dont want to change the case because i really like it. Also iam not planning on playing demanding games like COD, BF4, CRYSIS, etc.

Also iam hoping to buy 1x8gb ram because iam planning to add more later. And can you show me some facts as to why i5-4690k cannot handle 4k

Hm.... interesting. I never thought of i5-4690K OC... I guess you're right then. But then you need some serious OC. Here's a good benchmark demonstrating that:

then i can stick to my stuff then right? I have not heard about intel xeon processor. Is it good? The display is controlled by the gpu right? So far as i know a stock cpu won't bottleneck it.

If your not planning on playing demanding games a $3000 gaming computer is a waste, a $1500 gaming computer or even $750-1000 work work just as well for gta and assasins creed.

if you think that i can manage the games i planned to play on 4k, suggest some parts. Dont change the case, monitor keyboard, mouse and headset though.
