Is there a noticeable difference between these two GTX 970's

Solution
The g1 gaming series have binned gpus and better cooling so more OC potential, i have the g1 gaming and does 150-200mhz clock and memory OC at stock voltages i havent tried more yet because its not necessary by any means at 1080p i was just messing around and it seems stable: 4+ hours of witcher 2 all maxed out with ubersampling ON (that shit is a fps eater, without that it will probably run 30 fps higher), 50-70 fps no problems so far.

Other than being a binned gpu and having higher clock speeds, the g1 gaming version has a backplate and a blue led light for the windforce logo. It also has a slightly better cooling solution. To me it is worth the extra $20 but both will run games great.
