Can't run windows 7 installer from usb on no os computer

Hey, I boot usb first from menu and it loads files till it starts windows. It then loads a black screen with a moving mouse..

I just want to run windows installer..
How do I do this guys?

Insert USB drive, Turn ON you pc and got to bios... See the boot sequence, check if you can see USB drive under boot sequence and make sure you prioritized the USB.. You may need to remove all device connected USB of course except kb/mouse... Make sure you insert the USB bootable drive to USB 2.0 port.. USB 3.0 need specific driver to recognize connected device to it..
