I am new to buying computers, and I would like to get the best out of my money. I have a budget of $1000 dollars I need to stay in, can be a little higher or lower. I was looking into buying a computer off of Cyberpowerpc.com OR ibuypower.com.

I would like to start recording games at good quality and FPS for YouTube; although I am not sure which processor to get. Please help me out.

AMD FX-9370 CPU
Intel® Core™ i7-4790K Processor

Even for recording you dont need either of those, better to get a cheaper i5-4670k which will still be fine for recording, and then you can get a good cooler to overclock it, and you will have more money for a graphics card which will be the biggest factor for fps in games, and since youtubes is currently only 30fps, you dont need that powerful o' cpu with good recording software.
