I wanted to reset my pc acer aspire 5733 to factory settings; I have done alt + f10 at boot sand CD, and I have followed all the instructions ... eRecovery Management ... recording all the files to C in a single folder C: Backup and then the screen turned black and described above : installation starts the program services, and this has been going on Thursday night til now. can you please help me.
