I want to upgrade to a gtx 760 and i also want to upgrade my power supply

The computer that i would like to upgrade is the Hp Pavillion 500-009c

Your psu seems fine to run this card.
Between the 760's the EVGA 760 is much better, the Zotac one has an inferior blower design over the EVGA design. Also the EVGA is cheaper, usually it's more expensive. The Zotac 760 has 4GB of vram which the card will never use.
So the EVGA one for sure.
