What Noctua fans would be a good replacement for my corsair H90 fan I have been looking at the NF-A14 FLX but im really not sure. any help would be great!

Those would be what I'd get. I replaced the stock fans on my H100i with the Noctua NF-F12s and a'm very happy with it. Since you're using it as a CPU cooler, I'd get the NF-A14 PWM instead of the FLX so it'll plug into the 4 pin CPU fan connector on the MB.
