What about the "OC Genie 4" from MSI H97 GAMING 3?

Any H97 isn't OCing capable, right? At least that is what I've read.

So, why the MSI page says this MOBO can do it, or am I missing something?

Let's say I have a K CPU (i5 4690K) and a MSI GTX 970 GAMING.

Yes, you can possibly overclock Intel K CPUs including Pentium-k (G3258) with non-z motherboards such as H97 H87 and B85 boards. You may have to update correct bios version before overclocking...

Some H97 mobos are being made to use with the G3258 pentium CPU which is the only pentium with an unlocked mulitplier.
