My current PC build:

i3 2100
Geforce 210 1GB
ECS H61H2-M2 (V1.0)
4GB ram
500GB HDD
Powerlogic V8-B with 600w PSU
________

Priorities to be upgraded: (Budget for upgrade Php13000 | $290)

GPU (Palit Geforce GTX750 Ti StormX Dual 2GB GDDR5)
RAM (Gskill RipjawsX 8GB Dual 1600 CL9)
________

I am all ears on any advice, suggestions, comments, opinions from anyone but most preferably, experts.

Solution
As long as it protects and cools the peripherals well, it qualifies as a good case to me. :)

the budget is enough for the priorities you listed at your post. (The 750ti and the Gskill)
but judging by the inflated prices of parts here in the Philippines you may have little left for additional upgrades.
The 750ti cost about 7,500+ pesos brand new and the Gskill ram about 4000 pesos
If the prices above are exact you will have 1500 pesos left. If you have enough money to upgrade again I'd suggest to buy a true-rated psu first. An Antec VP550P is plenty and it only cost me 2,190 pesos brand new. Then after that you can upgrade the Mobo and the CPU.

I'd get a better PSU preferably an Antec,Seasonic or Corsair, but if you plan to get the 750ti then your PSU is fine but I wouldn't trust it in the long term since it's a generic unit that came with your Case.

The PSU running great for 3 years does not guarantee that it will not fail sooner or later. It might be running well today since your unit consumes miniscule power but when you upgrade to higher end parts then it might fail and if it does, it can take all the other parts of your pc with it. I've had experiences with powerlogic PSU's exploding (I'm filipino) since some people believe that it's a true 600w unit.

but I won't force you to upgrade the PSU, I'm just saying that my past experiences point me to my answer. :)

First thing I'd do is go for a better video card, something along the lines of an r9 280.

Then I'd upgrade the CPU. Two routes to go there since you're on an LGA1155 motherboard ... either do the CPU and motherboard at once and go to the newest generation of i5s, or just find the best used LGA1155 processor you can, something along the lines of an i5-2500k for $125.

Personally, I'd go with the latter route. To do it right, the new motherboard+CPU will be on the order of $350-$400, versus $125 for the used CPU. I don't think there's enough performance difference between a good Sandy Bridge CPU and today's mid-high CPUs to justify an extra $250. Just do yourself a favor and make sure whatever CPU you get will be supported.

Yes, I would also put a power supply high on the list. Just because it's lasted for 3 years doesn't mean it will work tomorrow, in fact those generic ones are all the more likely to go pop the longer you use them. Probably no need to rush out and spend $100 on one right now, but keep an eye out for sales. Last week Newegg had a Seasonic M12 620W unit on sale for $39; normally it's more like $90. You see a deal like that, that's when you replace the PSU.
