We have 3 wireless routers (on 3 different floors). 1 is b/g only & the others are b/g/n.
The problem just started recently. Internet access across the whole network crawls to a stop. Pinging results to a known site goes from ~ 200ms to ~2000ms.
I think I traced the problem to when a Samsung Note II cell phone turns on WiFi.
Note: this problem just started a couple of weeks ago & we have had the phone for a couple of years and the b/g/n routers for close to a year.
What can we do to stop the slowing down of the internet when the cell phone turns on WiFi ?
Thanks in advance.
