So,I own right now a Gigabyte R7 260x Rev 3.0 Graphic card but my cpu is an Intel E5200 LGA775 and i can't play any hardcore game , so I am going to buy a new CPU,Motherboard and Ram

The thing is that I've heard that i3 dual core series can easily beat FX-6300 at gaming (http://media.bestofmicro.com/F/E/371210/original/Skyrim.png) , so i stuck at these 2 builds , so please help me out ...
*Both builds cost me the same

AMD FX-6300 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819113286)
Gigabyte 990XA-UD3 (http://www.gigabyte.com.gr/products/page/mb/ga-990xa-ud3rev_10)
Corsair Vengeance 4GB DDR3 1600MHz (http://www.corsair.com/en-us/vengeance-16gb-single-module-ddr3-memory-kit-cmz4gx3m1a1600c9)

VS

Intel i3-4150 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819116995)
Asrock H97 Performance (http://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/Fatal1ty%20H97%20Performance/)
Kingston Furu HyperX Savage 4gb 1600MHz (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820104503&cm_re=HX316C9SR%2f4-_-20-104-503-_-Product)

the thing is, in my country ,latest i3 costs 100 euros and the i5 costs 175 .... and i don't think i'll need an i5 , the only games I play are Watch Dogs , GTA IV , LOL , Crossfire and maybe far cry 3 , so is it worth 75 more euros ?

hey just go with a i3 if thats all you can afford, i have a i3-4150 @ 3.5ghz paired up with a gtx660 ( so this is not the most powerful pairing by a long shot) and i play games such as battlefield4/titanfall and borderlands the pre sequel. all get around 60+fps on the highest setting.
so my advice is go with a 1150 i3, least you have the option to upgrade to a i5 at a later date, also am3+ is getting old now and there wont be much more if any new cpu's coming out for that socket type.

Not necessarily, benchmarks help get some accurate data so they actually are somewhat, if not almost whole truth, they do help you out, but actual ingame benchmarks are better.

Intel is powerful, I use a 4130 paired with a r7 260x and this tiny pair takes me far, I can actually handle higher end cards with minimal bottleneck so I still get great performance, I would go with the I3, also, those h97's will support 5th generation Intel CPU's so you are futureproofed witth that h97 intel system.

I tried yesterday both systems with same specs ... (same RAM , same HDD , same PSU) the fx6300 was with small to big difference better at everything ... i was 1000% i will buy the i3 ... but thankfully i learned all the truth , thanks everyone ...
