Well, the transition from the windows screen into the desktop( with a black screen in the middle) isn't smooth. To be more exact, when transitioning from the black screen to my desktop, there is like screen tearing (how it would be in a game when you dont have vsync).Can anyone help me?
but i did recently do a clean windows install but the problem stayed...Does it mean there's something wrong with my graphics card? I've also tried multiple driver versions
