Can I work with both of these GPUs

I have Geforce GTX 750 Ti (no SLI) and Intel 4440 Graphics.Can I use both of them or only one?

I think you can only use one at a time. Definitely use the GTX 760. Intel graphics just give you the option to build a PC without a dedicated GPU if you don't plan on gaming.
