Hi All ,

I am trying to get a Low to Mid range Rig mainly for Gaming.

Since its first time I am trying to build it , I am confused on which Components to use.

Mainly I am scared coz I dont want the issues which I face in my dell xps 15 (Graphic card / motherboard combination issues)

I am thinking of getting Geforce 970 GTX for Graphic card , If that is good choice , Please let me know the Mother board / Process / Cabinet / Cooler and SMPS which I need to choose.

Budgest is 60 to 70k (Including DVD writer / Hard disk).

Also I wont be Overclocking any of the component.

Would it be better to buy through Flikpart or in SP road (Bangalore)

Please advise.

Thanks and regards,
Nagendra

PC Manufacturers restrict users from upgrading thier product to minimum extent. If you plan to upgrade choose to make custom build and dont buy branded PCs.

this prices are accurate.
I thought they are no 970 in any local store india, I checked it this week. you are lucky they are available now.
If you will get this build I think you should get XFX 550w / seasonic s12ii 520w and deduct the Cooler. its not necessary for lock procs, stock cooler is fine enough

Thanks.. But I am not planning to upgrade this PC for min 2 yrs.. so I thought I would go with 970 GTX.
And also would skipping the SSD make much diff ? I planned to skip it.

Skipping SSD. I recommended SSD just for faster Windows Performance. SSD reduces Programs & Games Loading time. You are good to go only with HDD, no problem. It doesn't have much effect on Gaming Performance. And I haven't stopped you from getting GTX 970.

Cabinet : Coolermaster K281 Mid tower - 3.9K INR or shld i go with K350 ? (Snapdeal ?)
http://www.flipkart.com/cooler-master-k281-mid-tower-cabinet/p/itmdmhz9agn5fqat?pid=CABDMHZ8DCTWSGFA&otracker=from-search&srno=t_1&query=cabinet&ref=d8211c6b-a3ce-4210-aa62-ef94aac776ed

And except SSD any other item needed ?

As I recommend earlier drop that CPU cooler and change the VS corsair in to antec HCG/ seasonic g / S12II / XFX pro.
on ram there are no major difference, either of two is good. get WDC blue 1-2tb

Cabinet... Its your choice, I thought you would like side window panel to show off your components.
If you are on budget HDD is okay. You can opt for WD 1 TB Black Desktop Internal Hard Drive (WD1002FAEX) (7,000 INR)for Faster Performance OR WD Blue WD10EZEX 1 TB Internal Hard Drive (4,200 INR) for High Reliability. Seagate Barracuda is good too.
Seasonic S12II 620 Watts PSU is good performance PSU.
Above parts are optional only, if you have extra few bucks to invest for better performance.
Everything is okay.
