Should I upgrade the cpu + motherboard first or add a gpu + new psu + new pc case?

I am upgrading a old system im using untill I get my main system at christmas. I got £150 to spend to get an i3 4150 and msi motherboard Or a pc case and gtx 750 and power supply. Im going to get them both eventually and give this pc to my mum when I get my new one. What should I get first thanks

Well that CPU is weak... It may not be able to keep up with your new GPU if you went that route first, so I would say to replace the CPU and mobo first.
