So I plan on creating a new build with the Deepcool Tesseract Mid Tower Chassis Black/Blue which comes with two installed fans, my build will consist of a Gigabyte Windforce gtx 970, i7-4790 processor (also I should mention there will be no overclocking performed on the system) and I am just wondering how many fans you guys would recommend.
Thanks in advance.

Well firstly, I hope that 970 is the G1 version or you won't be doing it justice :p

The case is pretty big so the more fans the better. The trade off being Noise. The two fans supplied are sufficient so if money is an issue leave them in.
If money isn't an issue and you can deal with a bit of fan noise (make custom fan curves in the bios for speed control based on temps) go for three corsair AF120 fans (two as intake on the side and one as exhaust on the rear) and a Corsair SP120 on the front. You could also have two AF120s on the top as exhaust but they wouldn't really be needed...
