Here are the parts for my build. I would like someone(better skilled than I am) to make sure all the parts are compatible. And can you make sure all the parts are compatible with Windows 7.
And I also need a wireless network adapter, one that i can connect onto the PCI express slot on the motherboard. Thanks!

Solution
Swap out your CPU
Reason is Intel did a refresh on the Haswells this year and introduced chips with higher clock speeds and better thermal connection under the lid. This one is the same price, but better speed and quality of build.

Also consider this one for $10 more

Motherboard looks decent. Guessing your not looking to OC or SLI your stuff. Should be fine.

Swap out your RAM:
Reason is your motherboard can handle faster speed, might as well build around it. This set is the same series and timings but with faster speed at 1600 vs 1333. Cost is $4 more...

Swap out your SSD:
You're going to want bigger than a 120GB. You really are. The intel SSD's for this level of the market havent had the best speeds. I'd recomend looking at this for $114

OR jump up to the Samsung EVO for $145

HHD - Selection looks good. If you dont care about a 3yr warranty instead of the 5yr you could swap it out for a WD Blue and put that $20 bucks towards a better CPU or SSD. Otherwise solid data drive.

GPU - Good lower midrange card. Next step up is going to be a $100 shift so unless you really game a lot this should be good. If you are or are planning on really getting in to gaming than save up for a better card in the future and stick with this guy.

CASE - The one you picked is decent looking, has USB 3.0 ports and should do well. Personally I prefer the Cooler Master HAF 912 for that class of case but its all subjective at this point.

PSU - This looks to be ok. From the reviews I saw on it, it appears to be made by Seasonic so it should be decent quality. The one thing I have heard is when the load gets up to 80% or so the fan on it can get pretty loud. You might want to look at an actual Seasonic for $5 more.

Optical - Looks good. Obviously not going to be able to play blu-ray on it, but that'll double the price of the part.

Wifi card:
The one I'd recommend is the Intel Centrino Advanced-N 6205. This one can only do up to N series.

For something that can do AC series networking look at this guy
