Hi I am building an new system but I am unsure with mobo, my specs are

The specs are given below:

- GTX 970
- Kingston Hyper X fury 8 GB Stick
- i5 4460 processor
- 2.1 Creative Speaker
- 1 black and white laser printer
- 1 monitor 21 inches display

Now, I don't want to spend too much with mobo, I just need to solve my purpose of gaming with good performance and photoshopp-ing. I am comfortable with ASrock as they provide really good features and amazing support here in India. I need your help guys, I dont want to spend too much as there is not a drastic change in performance with a high end mobo? Correct me if I am wrong. Also, I am looking for ATX form factor

Now, can you please guide me which mobo shall I buy? I have looked ASRock H 81 PRO BTC Motherboard which is quite cheap and easily solves my purpose according to me. Tell me if there is something more I should think about? or suggest me some other good ASRock board.. :)

Basically, any H81 mobo will be good for you as that is the class your CPU fits into. But there is going to be a bad bottleneck on that GPU. I would get a 770 for cheaper and upgrade the CPU and mobo to a 4690 H97 combo. What is your total budget on this build? We can probably build a better one. Also, what PSU are you using?

There is no specific budget but if the economic board I am buying barres the performance I'd definitely get a better board.
Can you explain the "bottleneck" here?

What is that you are suggesting? What board shall I buy?

I'm asking for the budget of the build. If there is no defined budget, I would go with the MSI H97 PC MATE as that is the cheapest H97 mobo for the 4690. The bottleneck is that the 970 has too much power which cannot be controlled by the 4460. This is because the GPU is high end but the CPU is low-end. I am suggesting that you state a full budget for the entire system so that I may make a better suggestion for the build which will include a better mobo and CPU if the budget allows for it.

My budget for CPU, memory, cabinet and mobo is maximum Rs 25,000

I don't want a bottleneck situation with my PC. As far as I can see, 4460 is powerful. No?

You do understand that you need more things to complete a full build right? Or do you already have parts and are upgrading a build?

cool :) this build would be great...thanks buddy

but as u said, 4460 is too low. I guess 4440 is lower than 4460, I guess. Don't you think 4460 would be a better option? Would 4440 be able to handle GTX 970?

Also, 4460 is a successor model of 4440.

Sorry, I wasn't in my mind when I said that. The 4460 will probably be a good upgrade as it is part of the Haswell Refresh line of CPUs. Hope this helped.
