I built my new computer less than a week ago. The computer runs flawlessly except for one issue - it restarts itself and/or freezes at random.
The computer will simply shut itself off instantly and boot itself back up, as if nothing happened. No BIOS screen, no BSOD, nothing.
It has restarted itself a total of 5 times in a window of 5 days (3 restarts happened in one day), running on average 12 hours a day. Some of the restarts have happened on a fresh boot after being turned off for the night, and some have occurred after a few hours of use. It has never crashed while being in a game (which has been running at maximum settings), and has only crashed when launching very low usage programs, or when alt-tabbed out of a game - not sure if this has any significance or just adds to the randomness.
I have also tried running the games and programs at minimal settings which still resulted in a restart. I have even stress tested the computer with multiple programs from times ranging from 1-3 hours, which did not result in a restart.
The computer runs flawlessly, with no hiccups whatsoever.
I'm completely lost and am asking you all for help.
Specifications:

Storage 1: Samsung 840 Pro Series 256GB 2.5" Solid State Drive
Storage 2: Western Digital BLACK SERIES 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Video Card: EVGA SuperClocked w/ ACX Cooling GeForce GTX 770 2GB 256-bit
Power Supply: EVGA 600 B 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified 600W
OS: Windows 7 Basic
Case: Cooler Master HAF X
Have tried:
- Restoring BIOS to default/less intense settings
- Running everything at minimum (games, windows themes, etc.)
- System Restore to a completely untouched OS
- manually unplugging the reset switch from the motherboard
- Disabling the system restart settings (it still restarts regardless)
- Auto fan settings / full power fan settings (although temperatures have always been on the low side, never exceeding 65 degrees on stress tests / 35 degrees on idle)
- Leaving BIOS screen up for long periods of time (it never restarts when in BIOS, only in Windows)
Currently waiting to try:
- Swapping RAM
- Swapping Power Supply
Any information will be helpful, and I'm willing to run any tests that may be required and display results (I have run many of them already).
