Best budget Android phone?

I am in need of a sub $200 smartphone for tmobile and suggestions. I am open to buying one that is used.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Used an HTC One for a year. Was decent. Then upgraded to a S5 Active and my god was there a huge gap in the UI. HTC just doesnt know how to run a successful IOS
