Hi guys,
So i'm planning to buy my 1st very own gaming pc. Here's the build i came up with:

Budget: 500-550$ (Around 24k Pesos in Philippine money.)

CPU: i3-4150 3.5ghz socket 1150
MoBo: MSI H81M-P33 v2
VC: Palit GTX 750Ti 2GB StormX Dual
RAM: 2x 4GB 1600Mhz HyperX
HDD1: Western Digital 500GB Blue, 7200rpm
HDD2: (Old) WD 320GB Sata
Case: Aerocool GT-Black
DVD-Drive: Asus 24x Black
PSU: -still looking for a good brand with cheap price-

So my questions are:
1. Are all the listed components compatible with each other and won't bottleneck?

2. I'm using a 1366x768 monitor, but will upgrade to 1600x900 soon, how much FPS will i get while playing BF4, AC4:BF, COD:Ghosts, Crysis 3, etc. with High settings?

3. Is a 450W PSU enough to power-up my rig?

4. Will a Tier 3 PSU suffice? What brands do you recommend? I have my eye with these following PSU's as they're the only ones that fits in my budget:
-Antec VP450 (always out of stock and most likely hard to get in my country, but ill try)
-CoolerMaster Thunder 450W
-COUGAR SL500 500W
-FSP HEXA HE-500 500W
-Corsair VS450

I'm not gonna do any overclocking, just gonna run everything at stock speed.
It's my 1st time building a PC on my own, so i kinda have alot of questions.

Looking forward to your suggestions.

Thanks in advance! :)

Solution
450w is plenty. An Antec VP-450 would be great.

I would not recommend any of the other units you listed.

At high settings at 1600x900 you should get 45fps in most of those games except Crysis that might need to run at medium.

1 - yes they look compatible to me (without doing any research)

2 - you will be able to play those games comfortable at medium settings

3 - yes a *good quality* 450 watt PSU will power that system no problem at all

4 - look at newegg reviews on PSUs and decide based on how many people complain about failures. i wouldnt stress out about it that much. honestly a corsair PSU, no matter how much the elitists complain about it, is a decent PSU.

since this is really not a high draw gaming build, i would argue that it will be just fine. like i said, the "PSU fanatics" are going to argue this all day. get a reasonably priced PSU from a reputed manufacturer and you will be just fine.

yeah you can probably find a better PSU for the same price as the corsair no doubt. any idea if the antec bp550 plus is a good unit?

I see. Damn, picking the right PSU is giving me hardtime, especially when there's not much to choose from.
Since i've read so much positive feedbacks about Antec, i guess i'll try to pursue that one, put it in the top of my list and try to wait for new stocks. My previous PSU which is a CoolerMaster lasted almost 6 years of almost everyday usage, lol.

Anyway, thanks both of you for your suggestions, that helped me narrow down my shortlist.
So as of now, it's: Antec, Corsair and CoolerMaster (i had a good experience with this from my last pc..so...).
I'll try to look for XFX, Seasonic with prices inside my budget.
