My mouse and keyboard won't work after uninstalling AMD driver

Okay so I uninstalled my AMD drivers and catalyst and now my mouse and keyboard won't work on boot up so I can't do anything at all I'm running windows 8.1 any thoughts or suggestions PLEASE HELP.

try power system down and unplug mouse and keyboard. then start computer again and when you get into windows then plug it back in.

Try a different slot, preferably USB 2.0.

I tried all that I refreshed my pc and everythings fine now but lost most of my games on my desktop

that rollback you did was probably made before you installed the game, you may have to reinstall them
