I have BT Home Hub 3.0.
My WiFi radio receiver is OXX connected to Home WiFi since 2008 .

I bought a new Samsung UE46H7000 TV few days ago and connected to the Home WiFi by following onscreen steps of my new TV. C
Connection went ahead without any problem.

However as soon as I turn on my new TV to watch free to watch terrestial my WiFi radio stop streaming..
The Radio WiFi keep trying to connect and as soon as it got connected it looses the connection.
I am unable to stream my WiFi Radio while the TV is on irrespective of if I am using the internet on the TV or not.
As soon as I turn off my new TV the internet WiFi radio come into life..

I do not have SKY in my home. My BT is Unlimited Broadband.

Has anyone else got a clue as to how to solve this problem?

Regards

BT Home Hub 3.0 had some nagging wireless issues (I had one), so BT introduced Home Hub 4.0. They sent me one but as I'd already bought a third-party router (got fed up of waiting) I haven't actually tried it yet.

If you contact BT and tell them your HH3 has stopped working they should send you a HH4 as a replacement.
Hopefully that will solve your wifi issues.

Otherwise, do what I did. Ditch the BT Hub and buy your own third-party Netgear router or similar.

Hello Phillip,
Thank you for a helpful reply.

Will I be able to get anywhere better with my problem rather than contacting the BT [All are aware of poor customer services],
If I purchase a "Power Line Adopter" -Twin pack
1.Put the master one next to my Router & connect to it through Ethernet.

2.Put in my power line adaptor in my living room [about 10 feet from my router] .

Now I am not sure if I should connect my TV to this second power line WiFi adaptor
through an Ethernet to a Lan port on my TV or
through WiFi to this new adaptor.?

Should I use this new WiFi to use as a separate SSID or clone to my existing Home WiFi?
