Will this prebuilt pc be able to run planetside 2?

It will run, but you're probably looking at running at lower graphics settings. That prebuilt has a very weak graphics card, so don't expect to be able to turn everything up to high and get 30+ FPS. Planetside 2 is also very CPU heavy, so the Pentium might not be fast enough to give you the greatest performance, but I'd say the GPU is the biggest concern. I think there is only one Radeon R5 card out right now, and it's an extreme low end card that is marginally better than most integrated graphics options out right now. Try to find something with a stronger GPU if your budget allows.
