Well...Due to power outage and in order to protect my computer components, I would like to get a Uninterrupted Power Supply. However, I am just not sure which one to buy SINCE my power supply is 750W, should I buy the one with equivalent wattage or more? And which brand is the best on the market? Hope you could help, I greatly appreciate this.

Longer runtime means a lot more expensive.

APC Smart-UPS 1500VA LCD 120V SMT1500 $559.00 should give you around 30 minutes of runtime on battery power.

APC Power Saving Back-UPS Pro 1500 + (1)BR24BPG Battery Unit $409.98 should give you around 50 minutes of runtime on battery power.

What are your complete system specifications including the monitor?

What is the brand and model of your power supply unit? This is required to determine UPS compatibility.

What brands of UPS' do you have available to purchase?

Hi jinkazuya, thanks for sharing the specifications about your system. I would like to share the names of major brands who provide UPS are Riello, APC and Emerson. These are quite well established brands and provide good quality UPS Systems.

Thanks so much for both of you your replies.

I think my CPU is the intel first i7 extreme edition. I gotta check. But I would prefer to have one that could give me at least 30ms to an hour if possible. Thanks.
