So I'm building a new PC and it includes
PROCESSOR: AMD FX8350 4000mhz
GPU: Radeon r9 280x 3GB
MOBO: Sabertooth-990fx
RAM: Kingston HyperX FURY 8GB (2x4GB), DDR3, 1866MHz, CL10, 1.5V
and my old HDD that is seagate 500 GB
and finally the power supply Super Flower SF-550k12XP
here is a link for the spec of the PSU
http://www.super-flower.com.tw/products_detail.php?class=2&sn=12&ID=110&lang=
I know its not a good choice but will it handle the job for a month or two till i get a new PSU?

Solution
That pressing it pretty close to its maximum rated output, i would upgrade when you can, super flower is a very reliable brand of psu so i would not expect it to explode.

off the cuff i would not buy the psu. i can't find any legit reviews on that model. if you want your computer to last, then don't skimp on the psu. out of all the choices of PSUs out there, why did you choose that one?

The EVGA Supernova G2 750w is made by superflower.

Most of corsairs PSU's have tier 2 capacitors in them which makes their service life much much shorter.
Seasonic/Superflower are the best psu manufactures out there.

Thank you for your fast response I'll try my luck with the superflower for now and buy a new one as fast as possible. With that build i should go for a 650W or 700W? On the AMD website it says the card needs a 720W PSU..

You won't need anywhere near 720w with a decent psu.
