I don't mean to spam. I just wanted to repost a thread because my last one did not get as much traction (which I strongly believe is due to me posting it really late) and I'm really desperate for help. I'm seriously distraught by this problem. I planned this build for nearly two years saving and researching. I have a disillusioned feeling since I did not mentally prepare myself for the worst. I only thought of a good outcome.
For my first build I decided to do an external build instead of throwing everything in the case (Thank God). The problem I'm having with it is that there is no information displaying on my monitor. Strangely enough, my hardware is running. I know this because the fans on my PSU, CPU cooler, and GPU fan and LED are running. No hissing or turbulent sounds, only a nice smooth humming sound.
If you are interested in helping me then refer to the MSI Motherboard Manual. Third download from the bottom that is 7.29 MB is the manual.

What is happening:
External build is not displaying any BIOS or information even when hardware is running fine.

What is happening:
External build is not displaying any BIOS or information even when hardware is running fine.
What I've tried so far:
Took out both RAM chips
Took out one RAM chip
Moved one RAM chip to another DIMM slot
Moved both RAM from DIMM1 and DIMM 2 to DIMM 3 and DIMM4
Took out dGPU to run from iGPU
Reset the CMOS for 25 minutes
Used VGA cable from motherboard to monitor (I did not connect the VGA to the GPU because it does't have one. It only has 1xHDMI, 2xDVI, and 3xDisplayPort.
Used HDMI from motherboard to monitor
Used HDMI from motherboard to GPU
Did not use DVI or DisplayPort because my GPU did not come with one.
What I think might be faulty:
CPU—Not sure if the method of which I installed the CPU cooler might have potentially damaged it.
Motherboard— I did not take the time to check the pins if they were damaged. The motherboard is also not illuminating my K70. I plugged it into my newly purchased laptop and it illumined without having to install drivers so I assume an area near the I/O ports have been damaged.
CPU Cooler—I might have installed the standoffs too tightly.
